Stayed here for Christmas and had a lovely time. The rooms were surprisingly large and came with lots of useful amenities, such as a kettle and tea and coffee supplies. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, which was great for exploring. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

The limited parking available at the hotel, but we found a secure and convenient spot in the town square. the Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The friendly atmosphere, individual style of the place and a good restaurant make up for the limited alternatives in this old spa town. They also offer outdoor activities and it's worth a visit!

Located right on Bourbonne's main street, Hotel Restaurant Herard offers convenient access to the town's attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good beds and clean bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the food at the restaurant is top-notch. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and a large flat-screen TV in their rooms. it's a great place to stay, with a charming atmosphere and attentive hosts.

Some maintenance issues were noted, such as loose curtain rails and showerheads that need attention.

Friendly staff, lovely rooms (we stayed in the African room - very comfortable, with nice homely touches). Also great hotel for business people staying longer and wanting to have a home away from home. Heated pool from April-October. Set in a town with a wellness-resort, shops are next door, and the countryside and woods are just around the corner. Only 20 km away from the A31, so also a good place for spending the night en route to the south of France. Worked very well for us.

The hotel is in the centre of the town and ideally placed for visiting the sites. The bedroom was recently renovated and was very comfortable and clean the owners are very hospitable and the restaurant is excellent. Well worth the money

The hotel had a great location in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-appointed bathroom. Another advantage was the indoor swimming pool, which was a nice feature to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was in desperate need of renovations. The decor was outdated and tired-looking, giving the impression that the hotel had seen better days.

Booked at short notice , found location to be very nice staff very helpful , parking not to bad for a town center, bedrooms were goog abd ours was spotless beds very comfortable we had best nights sleep of our trip
